Andre Ward Could Be Looking at a Karoly Balzsay Fight

Yes, Balzsay is a very solid technical fighter with good conditioning.

When he beat Inkin for the title he won the fight by taking the last 3 rounds in impressive fashion and even staggering Inkin towards the end.

He is also a southpaw.

Ward is ranked at the top of the WBC (Froch) and Dirrell is ranked at the top of the WBO (Balzsay)... idk why Ward is trying to **** things up by going after a less notable opponent.

They most likely would have to wait until 2010 for shot @ Froch

Froch would be an easier fight, he's a perfect style match up for Ward. It would be like the first 6 rounds of Taylor-Froch for the whole 12 rounds, since Ward has better stamina than Jermain.

Balzsay-Ward would be a 50-50 fight. Karoly would give anybody a difficult fight, he's very fast and has an awkward southpaw style.

Froch wants a big name and payday because it doesn't matter if he fought Bute, Kessler, Balszay, Dirrell or Ward. They would all kick his ass quite easily as he knows it.

Dre Ward would get a decision over Froch I'm pretty sure cuz he don't have the power JT has but definitely is faster. Stamina could be a problem in his career, he kind've tired out wit Miranda but that's probably cuz of the pace he was goin in the early rounds.

thats not the point. Froch might not be as good as Balz but he is ranked higher. Ward's future would be set if he fights Froch whereas if he fights Balz and wins, he might still be fighting bums for the next 2 years because the other champs won't give him a title shot. Froch would be the best choice for his next fight.
