cotto can fight at 142-144. he's been fighting since he entered pro just like

It is fair and Manny is good but Cotto is going to kill him. The only chance Manny has is if Cotto enters the fight Weight Drained at 142/144 and Miguel is not going to let that happen. I think Manny has a better chance of winning vs Mayweather.
