lol...oh well...calm before the storm my ass!!!! mayweather is a *****. even if he wins against pacquiao or jmm he will still be a *****. he can keep his undefeated record but we all know who the real MEN are, and those are the ones who fight all odds and prove everybody why they are the best. something mayweather wont do. pitty patty it's not about how good the fight is its all about money!Comment

Floyd knows he's going against a smaller fighter that is coming up 2 wieght classes so he's going to push the envelope tyring to discredit him; not only that, but Marquez can't verbally defend himself too good. Bad for business.
When 24/7 hits the airwaves this fight will get everyone talking. This fight does no less than 400k, I don't care how little buzz there is right now.Comment

Bert Sugar told me, saying it was harder for Mayweather to come down to 143 than Marquez coming up.
As far as 400,000 PPV buys, that isn't going to happen unless Mayweather goes out there and starts pushing buttons.Comment

**** on, to add to it, I don't think he saw a figher like Pac get the status/recognition/appreciation that he didn't. Only helped fuel the fire imo.As another thread mentioned it seems like he's having a bit of a personality change. Maybe he got over the extreme ****iness in his time off with family and away from boxing(although he's obviously still very confident). I have a feeling he'll really turn up the intensity on the home stretch. I don't think he anticipated that the media would be so critical of him right now. I bet he also assumed they would be more willing to buy into his claims of #1.. They're not falling in line very well. He's a little taken aback by this.Comment

the press coverage from this fight barely began dude. trust me mayweather is gonna be mayweather and marquez is gonna fire back. its gonna happen. pacquiao hatton was just two dudes who got along really well. plus they were two fighters who arnt from the us. There is a much larger mexican boxer fan base in the us and phillipino trust me and well with the mayweathers no doubt ull get your controversy.Comment

You sound so bias, hard to take what you say seriously. And the one thing I noticed was hot little buzz there was for the fight. Really no one in the room was buying the idea that this was a competitive, compelling fight that the world should stop for.
Mayweather wasn't his usual arrogant, polarizing self, which pretty much made for a dull event. Marquez spoke better English than I thought he would but he wasn't about to electrify anyone with his words.

You sound like a Pacquiao fan........
Just watched the press conference in Los Angeles, and it seemed to be kicking. A lot of noise and a lot of Marquez fans turned up.
Im going to see both of them tommorow and Friday. Cant wait!Comment
