Sit down with your favorite fighter off camera and he'll tell you himself

I made this post in Struglers thread but i had to make this it's own thread because it is so true.

Every boxer fights for money. They are called prize fighters, not legacy fighters. People talk about how back then, the best fought the best but truth is the be$t are still fighting the be$t, nothing has changed. Just happend to be that the best WW's back then were also the Be$t WW's back then. If you were a boxer, you too would want the be$t fights. That legacy talk is bull****, sit down with a pro boxer off camera and he'll tell you the truth himself.

Fight the best comp to build your legacy, and the $ will surely be there. Cats on here ***** about fighters' $ so much you'd think they were gettin a cut. As a fan of boxing, of course you wanna see guys you rep get paid well. Why you'd make excuses for your fighter to not fight the best comp is just dumb.

You have to be a pro boxer so you can see what i mean, legacy ain't **** mangler. Every fighter fights for money, that's reality. You get in, get your money and get out, plain and simple.

Kelly Pavlik went up to 170 to fight Hopkins for his legacy, to beat a legend...SIKE...Bob Arum said it himself, Hopkins is the most lucrative bout for Pavlik out there other than Calzaghe. Come on, it's all about the money, you have to be legally blind like me to not see that.

For the most part, you get your $ fightin the toughest comp available, cuz they got the biggest names. No fighter would fight for free no matter how proud they are. That's completely understandable. But you gotta put in the work to get to the top and earn big paydays. Once you're already rich, especially if you're still prime, fight to win or don't fight at all. And btw, it's obvious as **** why you made this thread Kev.

Of course boxers do this sport for the money.

I doubt you would find any boxer that would put their bodies at risk like they do and not do it for the cash. To say legacy has nothing to do with it is silly though

Guys like Hopkins, Marquez, etc are all about legacy as well.

Lol, yes mangler you're a smart brother. I made this thread for you so you can get in touch with your favorite boxer and ask him if he fights for legacy or money.

If I could simply get on the phone and talk directly to my favorite fighters, I wouldn't bother askin em about their money. And btw, Tyson is my all time favorite and he openly admitted by the end of his career he was only in it for $ homey.
