Mayweather, Jr. v Marquez (147lbs)
Mayweather, Jr. v Collazo (147lbs)
Mayweather, Jr. v Quintana (147lbs)
Mayweather, Jr. v Berto (147lbs)
Other (147lbs) (Discounting Cotto/Clottey, Mosley & Williams)
(Poll coming)
I'm just wondering. A while back I remember someone saying they would have preferred Floyd fight a secondary welterweight boxer (gatekeeper if you like) rather than Marquez. I disagree myself because I think Mayweather/Marquez makes for a great style match-up and will be cool to watch two massive names clashing, however I do think it's a bit disrespectful (for lack of a better word) to treat such a great boxer as a tune-up and force him to take such extreme measures to accomodate him. Also, which do you think would have provided Mayweather with the greatest challenge?
Give me some reasoning please, and try not to come in here all gung ho, with "fraud"s and "coward"s flying everywhere
