As good as Williams looks to be, he is unproven yet, as weird as it may sound.
He needs to stop calling eveybody at every weight and he needs to concentrate on the JMW division. He needs a belt and he needs to win some fights, even if they are risly. he should go for Dzinziruk who is the best at JMW, or Santos or Martinez. Then he can go from there.

If Williams Keeps Cotto at distance he wins a UD or a late TKO, IF Cotto gets to the inside Williams is dead meat. he gets TKOd in 6 o 7 rounds
