Explain to me how exactly Pacquio has improved from last year when he fought JMM... The same Pacquio from last year would of did the same thing to a shot Dela Hoya and a no defense Ricky Hatton... People are saying that Pacquio has improved over the course of his career but within this last two fights he hasnt done anything in my opinion that has made me go "wow this is a completely different fighter then he was in 2008"... He's pretty much the same to me just in another weight division
Also, what are you basing that on? Floyd isn't going to rush in with his hands down like Hatton, or stand there to be hit at will like DLH or David Diaz. What happened the last time he fought a slick counterpuncher? He won by a point. Since Floyd has a size and reach advantage, I doubt that Pacquiao can pull off such a close win.

Jmm knows that Pac is better than Floyd, so he says that to motivate him because he thinks that if he could "beat" the best fighter in the world, then he can also beat the 2nd best too.

pac has proved he can take the weight well and looks better, that cant be said for marquez in his last fights. marquez is simply too slow for these weights plus he is untested, pac has the better chance.

pac has improved marquez has not. pac has the better shot, but marquez still has a chance dont get me wrong, but pac is the one handling the weight better.

Pac still makes the same 2 key mistakes he was making in the marquez fight. the difference is none of the last three guys hes fought have the ability to capitalize on it.

                    Juan Manuel Marquez sour g****s

Juan Manuel Marquez only lasted his fights with the Great Pacman because he rest too much on the canvASS during the fights. If he can promise the public that he will stay on his feet during a fight with Manny Pacquiao then the people can start listening to what he is saying.

His defense hasnt improved, its mostly the same, hes added more offense and that serves as his defense. He still jumps in before throwing a combination, and he still overcommits after throwing a big left or a big right hand, those are two mistakes you CANT make against a guy who is daring you to come at him.
