    When will lomachenko go pro??

ive been waiting for ages already, this kid is a beast, gold medallist at beijing and boxer of the tournament

hes really, really good, an aggressive southpaw who can box and fight, he should do well in the pros

him vs gamboa down the track would be insane
    plus hes only 20

I hope me moves to the US when he turns pro. That's where the best trainers are. I don't want him to become a straight up stand up euro-style fighter, i don't see it working that well in lower weight classes as a more rounded style would.

Not soon but he will. He will box in at the games in London, so its safe to assume it'll be after the next olympics that he'll go pro.

I cant wait. The kid is beast.

              really?

I hope that's not the case. it'd be ridiculous... why on earth wait for a featherweight to be age 25 to turn pro. That seems dumb. Fighters in lower weights classes have shorter careers...

wow i completely disagree with this guy

Tszyu,Ibragimov,Jirov etc seems like any east euro that hooks up with a western trainer gets ruined, they're inferior and the talent the fighters have deteriorates severely.

i hope Korobov & Lomachenko when he turns pro stick to their own trainers and learn from the past seeing their brothers get screwed over by americans

Darchynian is another good example, hooked back up with his amateur trainer and he's back on top having re-discovered his skills

You did not read my post.

I talked about lower weight classes and american trainers

                  1) Ibragimov and Jirov are not light.

                  2) Zoo did not move to the US, he moved to Australia, where I never knew there was a Roach a Steward a Richardson a Futch an Arcel... If I am not mistaken the same applies to Vic Darchinyan.
