well was it americans that trained him to a gold medal?

your saying that technical brilliance and a complete arsenal was absent from Tszyu and heavier guys like Jirov? you think they aquired that by looking inside a cracker jack box?

actually i think a big difference between fighters in heavier classes like adamek vs their western counter parts is their greater well roundedness

a smaller fighter may be able to execute more variety of what they've been taught than a heavier fighter but it doesn't mean the well runs dry in terms of boxing knowledge their trainers possess below 160 or something like that

did lomachenko euro and olympic gold, korobov 2x world am championships, tishchenko 2 golds in olympics & world am champ not get good training because they were smaller?

we disagree is the bottom line, my opinion is that Eastern trainers are better and have more complete boxing knowlegde that they can share with fighters in all weights

K2 promotions will take care of him. Vitali was on teh final match when Lomachenko took gold, then they had a good convo, and they didn't hdie information that Lomachenko might join K2

and you happen to be eastern euroepan yourself... odd.

Guess what... I am not american!

Regardless of where we are from, I am shocked that you fail to notice a very simple fact.

The best am boxing trainer is the best at training a fighter for
        4 rounds
        2minute rounds
        headgear
        big gloves

The best pro boxing trainer is the best at training a fighter for
        12 rounds
        3minute rounds
        no headgear
        small gloves

        it's a different sport.
The best indoor 5ppl soccer trainer, is not going to be the best trainer for outdoors 11ppl soccer. the same goes for boxing.

lol i'm talking about all around boxing skill, you're acting like going from 4 rounds and no headgear is insurrmountable for a trainer to adjust to, i'm saying most american trainers don't have the technical know how. a conditioning coach, nutritionist & common sense can solve those problems.

i'm talking about keeping their skills sharp

American trainers don't have technical know how? Really? Why could you only come up with examples of Australian trainers to make your point?

And yes am and pro are very different, on top of what I mentioned earlier even the rounds are scored differently...

That's good news, I am confident they will guide his career in an appropriate way.

im disappointed he isnt turning pro now, he has already achieved everything as an amateur, go pro now

i really hate the amateur system, even though i fight under it lol but its just such an idiotic points system and the way top international fighters box nowadays is ridiculous, its like a game of tit for tat

lomachenko on the other hand likes to be aggressive and actually box properly, that why i like him
