Every famous Boxer has the same typical background

Since last monday, ive red alot of boxers biography on the internet and watched boxing documentary and it made me realised that all the top fighters come from the same ****ty background. They're raised in the projects, their dads forcing 'em to box and they all refuse to let their son play any other sports, then someone dies in the familly, blab balbal tragedie over and over and then they become rich and famous! is there any boxer who comes from a normal familly, who just decided that boxing was fun and that is was what he wanted to do with his life ?

There's some exceptions.

Muhammad Ali didn't grow up poor. He wasn't rich or anything, but was better off financially than most boxers. His dad was an abusive drunk, however.

Marco Antonio Barrera grew up in an upper middle class (or rich) family.

Shane Mosley grew up middle class. His dad took him to the gym because Shane was too hyper and he wanted him to burn off some energy.

just thought of current hw prospect tor hamer. he went to harvard or summat and both parents are doctors or lawyers ... but hes far from a fomous boxer.

I don't think they grew up "poverty-stricken", but more working class. Hatton grew up in public housing. Ward's from the ******s of East Oakland I think.
