    The thing is, if Haye does lose then there's no demand for a rematch anyway.

    Just another challenger failing. Whereas there's always interest in a champion bouncing back

      If the fights real close and Wladmir wins, you think he'll give Haye a rematch? I'm speaking hypothetically, say Haye seriously hurts him you think he'll get a rematch?

        Hmm I'm not sure. It is almost "boxing etiquette" to give a rematch should the public demand one (if the fight is highly entertaining or very close)

        But the fact that Wlad put all of these requirements into the contracts suggests he's not that confident in himself and I guess he might just be relieved that it's done with and avoid going through it all over again

        I don't know... If that situation arises I guess we'll find out what Wlad's made of

          I just cant understand why someone would add this in a clause. This is worse than what Oscar did against Floyd in their fight clause!


          Haye had to accept because the negotiations wouldnt have gotten no where if he hadnt. Lets be real.
