why not? it should be fun and i really hope ( i am dreaming) that its a free fight on hbo or in Los Angeles at staples. That way, Shane gets rid of Pac and I dont have to drive to Las Vegas. see, two birds with one stone. unfortunatly, Cotto will have a piece of that first and Pac may be in for a long night against Sugar (with no additives i hope) Mosley.

In Roach's mind, he believes Manny has already jumped up so many weight classes that Manny is already extended farther than he should be.

I can see Freddy's angle on this. Manny is like 5'6" tall in sneakers. He is a small guy. He took the chance with Oscar because it was a giant payday and he knew Oscar was old and rusty.

He is not about to throw Manny to the wolves. He is protecting his boy first and foremost. If someone wants a piece of Manny, they will have to come to him.

He does not want a guy coming into the ring at 160lbs against his fighter.

If Pac is this "natural" 140lber now as Roach claims, then the jump up to WW is not that much and they should make the fight with Cotto or Shane at their own weights. If not, fight the guys at 140. Im sick of Roach picking guys that he knows Manny can beat or makes them kill themselves making weight so Manny has a better chance of beating them. It's not fair plain and simple. Roach won't let Manny go back down to 135 even, because it kills him to make that weight anymore. But it's okay for big guys to drop down to 142 to face Manny? F*** off Roach.

IF they can agree Mosley wont baloon up and stay below 150 then maybe they could budge. Roach will do anything to protect Manny and he wont let Mosley come in 10lbs heavier before they step into the ring. That'd also be unfair.

Why is it okay for the fight to be in Manny's favour but not in anyone else's? As much as I want these fights to happen, they shouldn't, as it's not fair either way. But Pac is a natural JWW now so moving up to WW shouldn't really be a problem..
