I thought it was a great fight but headbutts and inexperience robbed Rogan. Rematch on the cards though atleast and I think it's gonna be a short fight, Rogan's gonna be pissed and go flying in!!

You're all wrong. Sexton wanted it stopped to have his gum shield put back in.

In you opinion did he have it knocked out or did he spit it out when he realised he was done? I have only seen the youtube version of round 8 want to see if I can get my hands on high quality version, so I can't be sure myself.

What is meant to be the ruling on gum shields during a fight? Is it up to the referee to spot it and stop the action if they get knocked out? can the referee dock a point if he feels the fighter has spat it out to get a break and stop a knockout?

I hope there is a rematch hate it when a fight leaves more questions than answers because of something other than a very close 12 round decision.

So you're saying Sexton wasn't one clean punch away from being KO'd, despite the fact he was staggering about the ring, hands down and not throwing any punches back? There was even one point where Sexton turned his back to Rogan to avoid getting KO'd, the fight should have been stopped there..

The most important thing is that few see Sexton as a winner!

I would like him to get a rematch and win, but even if he doesn`t get it, i don`t care. I see him as a winner, he should move on!!!

P.S. now he is among the favorites. I can`t see how can one not to cheer for this guy!!!

I think Parris should've stopped it when Sexton was stumbling backwards with his hands down. He is majorly lucky Rogan had that brainfade. Any other competent ref would've noticed he was done.

British refs are the worst in the world.

When Sexton turned his back away he could have stopped it, i really want to see a rematch.

Rogan should have kept punching, i can't believe he stopped. Next time he will win by KO having learnt this time around.
