Who was more of a wasted talent

Naz reached a wall I don't think his potential was wasted, he faced Barerra and lost never to come back.
Same with Zab but I always felt that his problem was stamina and focus things that could be improved if he was willing to work harder.Comment

naz imo had the tools there to go further whereas jab was always going to be found out, he wasn't chinny but if someone landed on his chin he could be wobbled.
naz could have been so much more with his power and chin he could have been a lineal 3 weight world champ i do think being with frank warren hurt his career a little bit. he never really had the hunger for the sport though that we see in some fighters like lennox or b-hop.Comment

Well both were world champions, both were number #1 of there division and both made millions and both were in the pound for pound lists and both had superfights.
So I don't think both were a waste of talent, as lines like that should be left for fighters like Tony Ayala Jr. But I do feel Naseem Hamed, could of even produced more in the prize ring, with more dedication and traning. Maybe the same could be said for Judah aswell.
Both fighters were very natrually talented, and like I said both went pretty far, but I do feel maybe with more dedication and traning from both, more could of been accomplished.....Last edited by Southpaw16BF; 05-17-2009, 08:38 PM.Comment
