It's not even funny the amount of crap that comes out of his mouth.
Joe Calzaghe thought he was fighting a prime Roy Jones and that it was a 'legacy' fight. Didn't you find the bull**** coming out of the Wlesh cowards mouth funny? At least Hatton fought the best in their primes and took risks. Apart from Kessler, i can't think of one decent fighter who Joe took on in their prime. Even then Kessler was good, not top ten p4p. Lacy was unproven and turned out to be ****, and despite still having the tools and probably winning the fight, B-Hop was 43 and not quite as active as when he KO'd Tito. Robin reid wouldn't even make top 30 p4p at the time, and that fight could have gone either way. Eubanks was 5 years past his prime and got battered by collins twice, but taking the fight on 10 days notice still managed to make Joe fight for his life. Look closer to home before making fun out of Ricky

            At least Hatton stepped up.

            2007 Castillo >>>> 2008 Jones

^^^^ For sure, Hattons never shy'd away from a tough fight. Much respect for that.

regardless of where he was ranked p4p, castillo was on a steep downhill slide when he fought hatton, anyone who denies that is nuts

                castillos prime was early 2000's

...and Castillo got smashed in 4 rounds. Or is that not good enough?

It's like the Tszyu fight, Hatton beats him and he retires, so automatically he was shot. Pacquiao beats someone, they retire and it's because he beat them up.

I don't get all this Hatton hate, is it because he's English? All fighters talk themselves up, it's called self belief and if you haven't got that you lose, a lot.

How many fighters from anywhere have a 45-2 record with the only 2 losses coming to the p4p #1 at the time?

                    Peace out.

The Excuses are the worst. He makes so many excuses its untrue.
