I don't understand how you can have a Izzy/ Raf type layoff and still be on the list. What is the limit?!

I figure they are going to come back sooner rather than later.

I mean they had 3 consecutive FOTY type fights, that warrants at longer layoff than usual no?

I will also add Juan Lopez when he starts beating better Comp, right not even though he has blasted De Leon and Penalosa he still doesn't have a top 10 spot..
