24/7 actually makes casual fans tune in for a fight. Hatton was hilarious in the lead up to the Mayweather fight. TBH, I'll watch most anything boxing and that's really good tv, that serves as an infomercial. The narrator is excellent too, his voice is type soothing.

lol...i couldn't believe it either and yea i thought it was a much older person...really never thought it was him. They use EQ,compression and recordings are done in professionally built rooms,etc...so all that alters the voice a bit.

      From wikipedia.

Schreiber is also the voice of HBO's Sports of the 20th Century documentaries. Similarly, Schreiber is also the narrator of HBO Boxing's Countdown and 24/7 documentary series.

      He's done a few commercials,etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liev_Schreiber

But yea....personally i love hbo 24/7. I agree with larry and other's...i love watching anything that has to do with boxing.

I agree at times it can be soothing but the instrumentals play a big part in that too.

          The composers are great.

24/7 is a great watch especially given that both fighters can bring interest to their upcoming match. It does get repetetitive though especially for those who've been featured in multiple 24/7's.

floyd sr and roger are hilarious. i love wathcing the episodes they are in. like ive said before them nigs should get their own show, they are what the world needs in these times of turmoil.

floyd, roy and hatton are worth watching too, especially ricky. oscar and joe were boring as f.uck though. who wants to listen to oscar talk about his dogs, some s.pike therapy and kangaroo meat? and nothing joe did or said was even the least bit interesting at all, i dont even remember what the hell happened tbh.

watching JMM talk about mexican balls and pride for 30min straight will probably get old too. but it will be interesting to see his training techniques. and then theres floyd, which means roger. which means pure comedy gold.

                  Man i love 24/7. But the worst 24/7 was Pac-Oscar and Jones-Calzaghe.

But other than that man i love 24/7.

Some people need to get a ****ing grip.

24/7 is one of the best things to happen to boxing in a while.

And 1 Hour episodes? oh yea cause thats ****s better, less chance of gaining casual, channel flicking fans, plus they would be drawn out to ****, ****** ****ty idea, **** off.

And yea sometimes the narrator seems abit over the top, but thats what boxing is supposed to be about, warriors, and these are some of the TOP boxers in the world, a very very small percentage of people get to be that, they are special. Sometimes people should just chill the **** out and stop being so ****ing opinionated on every ****ing thing, no one cares. Films like Rocky are over the top, terminator, Back to the future, but thats what people ****ing like, these boxers need to be shown to the casual fans like immortal gods, T.B.H. People on here are way too ****ing harsh on Boxers, to be in the Top 20 in the world, out of 6,773,656,561 people is something god-like.
