Despite being ****, I will give him that - he's certainly eager to go and fight, which is a damn good thing these days. Makes me wish Calzaghe had done the same after Eubank.

If the Bute fight fails, i'd rather see Froch aim for Balzay then Allan Green. At least it's another unification which is what the division needs to determine the best. I need to see more of Balzay, but from what i've seen is that he is quick with good skills.

Kessler will not take the fight this year so we can rule that out.

Froch has the exact mindset all boxers need. Fight the best to become the best. It's a shame others don't see it that way.

So it's ok saying you'll fight an old man whom is p4p #3, then saying you won't face him as someone not even in the rankings due to money.

But it's not ok to actually go and beat him.

            Right, ok Carl. Cheers!

When Calzaghe fought Hopkins 2 years ago,Froch said he's PICKING on an old man and still had huge problems. After Hopkins crushed Pavlik,Froch went quiet(a rare occurance) about Hopkins being over the hill. Now it appears he's afraid to get in with that "old man"!!Smart move Carl, even at 45 with your (overrated)chin, lack of head movement, one at a time single shots and (overrated)power. It would be BADD!!Hopkins don't fade and don't get hurt.B hop tko round 11 over Froch.

That's actually kind of tight. I think I can actually like him if he decides to never mention Joe Calzaghe again, because taking the next best fight if the best one isn't available is definitely something that more fighters need to do.

The only problem is that Froch isn't very good, and will probably lose his title soon if he is constantly fighting good fighters.

Hopkins is as bad as Hatton when it comes to excuses. I am guessing that's why Hatton is so thick with GBP, because he found a group that would buy into it.

Finally someone admits this, lol, and a loss is just around the corner. He will most likely fight Bute and that's almost a guaranteed loss for Froch.
