I met Camacho at the Providence civic center during a Pazienza fight (Ron Amundson maybe?) leading up to his fight with Hector. Anyway, we were sitting right behind Camacho taunting him and what not when he starts throwing popcorn at us and acting like a wrestler from the WWE. The whole section was going crazy, but he was pretty cool and reached over and shook our hands.
Winky I met at Cedars steak house which use to be in the Foxwoods casino. He came in with about 12 other people and got then sat and told the host he would be picking up the bill. As he was leaving I stopped him and talked for a couple of seconds. He seemed pretty cool.
Wilile Pep I met during one of Vinny Paz's last fights. In the old fox theatre in foxwoods there was a section where you could watch the fights from a table. Pep came by, I got his attention and he sat with us for about 10 minutes. Very nice man. nDidn't talk much boxing, he just asked us about ourselves.
Don't know how I could have forgotten Marvin Hagler. Met him in NH and had a drink with him. He also autographed and gave me his IBHOF baseball hat. Much smaller in person than I thought he'd be.
