I totally agree. Vanes will take the fight in a heartbeat. not so sure that Mora will take the fight considering he really got beat by Vanes when they sparred. I think Top Rank is trying to match him up with folks that have fought other jmw contenders and see where he stands and since tsurkan just fought Angulo, i think this is a smart move

YOu would be surprised after watching him you could somewhat compare him as he fights bouncing in and out frequently but slower since hes heavier. I think he could beat Kirkland with his skill.

agree 100%. Vanes is not the quickest learner so it may take some time to get used to Roach again, but the kid is a sponge and is a workaholic and has the attitude to do what it takes to get to the top

How about a lil James Kirkland (if he can keep his ******-ass outta jail) for Vanes... In my opinion, you're only as good as your level of competition and that's a fight I'd pay to see.

for someone who claims to know boxing you don't know **** about boxing. watch some fights educate yourself and then come and express your opinion. i was at the angulo tsurkan fight and it went 10 rounds and angulo won by tko although he didn't look all that impressive. i will be that Vanes will finish off Tsurkan quicker and in better fashion than Angulo. and then you can just shut your trap and not be such a hater. you are a total ****in loser.

I was at that fight as well. If you were indeed there then you should have known that about the 6th round that fight should have been stopped. Tsurkan had by then taking a beating and everyone around me (I work for bscene) felt the fight should have been stopped as he was taking an unecessary beating.

while I dont think the racist comments were necessary, unless you fully account for everything (such as that fight being stopped way earlier) then you come off as nothing more than a biased hurt fan

as for Vanes he needs to get his **** together. He is calling out all these guys and didn't put in any work in Houston (I know several people in Htown). They said he wouldn't show up to train at times or be late and was hanging out all hours with this one notorious gentleman.
