Although not impossible, it is very VERY unlikely that Cotto stops Clottey. You never know but he has a very slim chance @ doing so.

IMO, Clottey puts up a good fight, rocks Cotto here and then but is outworked to a close but clear decision.

To hit the body you have to come in close, and guess what. Clotteys short inside uppercut and hooks will be waiting for him.
