Can Cotto erase the demons from the Margarito loss by knocking Clottey out?

Let's not forget and give credit where it's deserved.
Cotto stepped and up and is taking a serious risk in fighting a fighter that's never been knocked out or knocked down, I think. Who else would fight a fighter that's so dangerous and isn't even a Champion or title holder?

I have a feeling Cotto will be on the back foot for this fight. He can forget trying to hurt Clottey.Comment

No he's damaged goods I'm telling ya'll after he loses to CLottey it's rematches, nobodys, then gate keeper.
Clottey will beat him, then fight Berto or Mosley before he tries to get at Pac man(who wont fight him) or Mayweather(who probably wont fight him).Comment

I have always admired these African warriors for thier come forward and tough as nails attitude in the ring. Clottey has a very tough beard and I don't see Cotto knocking him out. Defensively Clottey is very solid. Clottey also has hand speed and decent foot work. It will be a tough fight and both men have solid left hooks. It will boil down to who can take the most punishment, Cotto has more than one gear and based on what he sees, will determine what he does in the ring. If Cotto can not go to the body, he is going to have to seriously try to land that left hook to the side of the face and try to force Clotte to bring his hands up more than Clottey would like to and then maybe the body will be available for Cotto. I see an even match up here folks but Cotto by decision, as no one has ever knocked out that hard headed Clottey. The keys to victory for Cotto is timing and body work with combinations with the left hook to the face, then down to the body. Clotteys keys to victory are pressure, pressure, pressure and use that left hook to Cotto's temple and find a way to land some upper cuts. It will boil down to who has the most speed and stamina. It should be a great fight.Comment
