Margarito vs Cotto 2 will happen because alot of people hate Margo. Antonio Margarito has inadvertingly made himself a villian in boxing whether he is innocent or guilty. i have my own views on the "Plaster Gate Scandal" but that is on another thread (my states commission is ****** to say the least). needless to say, even if you hate margarito most of us will pay to see thier rematch regardless. Plus, Papa Arum will welcome the PPV buyers like ourselves to a good CLEAN fight. Unless one of them fugs up and test hot for steroids (P.S Dont Hang out with Manny Ramirez or Mosley).

You don't think Clottey could hurt Miguel??? The fool comes into fights at 170lbs. And Cotto's been hurt at Jr Welter and Welter (Margarito). Tony's not a big one punch puncher, but he's a big Welter and I think Clottey's bigger than him frame-wise.

Doesnt Matter about the strength is about punching power and margarito its a harder hiter than Clottey. Margarito has been Koing people while CLottey has been D them(all this taking the plaster **** aside). Clottey doesnt have much power, look at who have Kod of notice. he last decent KO came back in 2004. Strength doesnt mean power.

Look at how hatton was stonge than Pac, but who had the real power.

And Cotto has not even gone down at 147, and he took Mosleys bombs very well, who hits harder than both Clottey and Margo and is a shaper puncher!!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm backing Cotto in this one and I hope he wins in impressive fashion. I'm backing this fool as if he's Mexicano, **** I don't care. But I think Clottey may present some serious issues for him. I can't wait for the fight, it should be a good one.

This fight has nothing to do with the Marg fight. The Marg loss will show us how strong Cotto is mentally. Boxing is afterall more mental than physical. I think it should help cotto's psyche that marg cheated, but clottey is a diff animal & a diff fight altogethor win loss or draw.

i also think that cotto doesnt have any demons. u win u lose, deal with it and move the **** on exactly what he is doing. get some batting practice then jump in and fight the tough african. sounds to me hes over it.

I think if he wins and looks like he usually does then he's erased the demons.

If he wins by KO it puts him back on the map as one of the top fighters in the sport because you just dont knock Clottey out.

he dont have any demons o whatever, he is clear already that he lost, and he took the loss well.

But when you lose to a guy, you need to beat that guy, to feel good or whatever.

Styles makes fights, I could KO somebody in 6 rounds and it may take you to win on points do to style.

So Koing Clottey will get him bqack on track but, it doesnt have anything to do with margarito.


Look at how shane lost to Cotto, but then went to KTFO Margaito and he still wants to rematch Cotto.!!!!!!

Clottey gave Margarito some serious fits. If Cotto can do what Margarito couldn't do and stop Clottey in impressive fashion, would it help erase the demons that may still haunt him from the devastating defeat he suffered at the hands of the Tijuana Tornado?
