like him or not, dude does good business for himself, which is why i find it crazy that ppl say he needs manny, or that manny deserves a 55-45 split, not because he's a bigger draw, but b/c HE'S RANKED #1 P4P......
i think so. we'll know for sure when gbp starts promoting his next fights.

i think they sold out jmm tbh with you. my own little conspiracy theory.

as far as $20 mil. for manny , i don't know. i know at least $12 mil.

neither guy is gonna settle for no 45%. the fight will be 50-50. maybe floyd concedes the filipino tv to pac solely which is still a good 1-2 million i think.

floyd's not a 1 punch KO guy. if he doesn't let his hands go he won't KO marquez. also, marquez has good defense when he's not being reckless. I expect the same jmm that fought casamayor.

in a chess match, neither guy will get the KO.

In that article it doesn't even say that those are floyd's words, but some close source. Please believe Money May ain't about to block the $$$ because of a pimp name Bob Arum.

but he will not accept anything less than 50/50 (depending on how well the Hatton fight did) trust that!

Remember pacman only became #1 by default. floyd took a break, he din't lose it. And JMM got some say so in the #1 argument as well. At 135 he out performed pacman in that division and beating and old weight drained Oscar and Ricky Hatton doesn't necessarily seal the deal for #1.

Mr boat buyer came back specifically to face Pac. This makes no sense. Arum might been enuf of an excuse for him to not fight top WW's, but not Pac.

even though i think floyd is somewhat the bigger draw, i keep saying a 50/50 split is good, as the fight will do great numbers.....

i thought floyd would be fighting for golden boy after the first dlh fight, but im not too sure. it seems as if floyd really doesn't like GBP on a pesonal level, and vice-versa.

floyd doesn't fight like diaz, so it's a moot point.

no its not, you think floyd didn't watch the fight? manny wasn't a counterpuncher in the diaz fight, so we can't assume he'll come out and be overly cautius against floyd. even if jmm were to take the "counterpuncher's" role, floyd is much quicker, meaning he'll land 3 or 4 punches to marquez's 1 anyway. you can hurt a guy by landing 1 punch, and marquez has shown he can be hurt.....mayweather doesn't strike me as the type of fighter who'll let a guy back into a fight after he hurts him severely. this is a risky fight for jmm....floyd's only risk is that he's coming off a layoff, but i can't see jmm giving him much trouble, as floyd is supremely conditioned, and also hits harder and is faster than marquez...your boy's in trouble.
