Nah, dog. You got it all wrong. Mayweather was willing to face the best if you know past boxing history. He called Cotto right after the Gatti fight. Cotto dint want none. Mosley refused to fight him due to money terms in multiple occasions. Finally he said screw Margarito, who was nobody at the time with no rewards and decided to face Baldomir who was the WW Lineal and WBC champ with a stunning KO victory over Zab Judah..
The competition ducked him, not the way you state it homie.Comment

So ****in what??? If Pacquiao doesnt fight Floyd who do you suppose Pacquiao would fight instead?? Cotto or Mosley for a historical belt in a 7th weight division. That's who. probly fight the other after if he beats 1 too.
After Floyd has his fun with Marquez...he can run his mouth all he wants about how he dominated a fighter that he believes beat Pacquiao twice....but who's he goin to fight afterwards???? ****in Nobody. He wouldnt fight Mosley or Cotto if his career depended on it....which it does.Comment

Floyd doesnt need his country. The fact is you will still buy the fight whether you like it or not.Floyd is playing the perfect game.He knows he will never have that type of appeal even if he was to give all his money to the poor. That type of appeal is something people are born with and part of it goes to the race as well .It has nothing to do with performance.
Not many black fighters have that appeal.Look at Shane Mosley,he fights well, trains hard, says the right things but who cares about SHane?Only hard core fans.If Floyd came from another country maybe he would have the appeal. The USA has too many heroes e.g with basketball, football and music. The only reason Oscar had so much power is because he was of Mexican origin and being American at the same time and the olympics helped.Looking at the demographics you know Latinos watch boxing, black people have moved on to other sports. In terms of the base blacks will always have to content with being a bad boy if they want people to come and watch their fights.
That's how I read Floyd to be successful as well. He has to play the role of the bad guy who you'll pay to see to lose, or win, depending on how you see him, plus his DNA dictates him to be that way in every worst possible way! lolComment
