I've said for a while the only fighters who can beat Mayweather are Mosley and Cotto, and I think Floyd knows this. Having said that Mayweather has been away for a while and it will be interesting to see if he'll come back as good as he was 2 years ago.

I'll expound it for him:

Marquez fought Pac to a draw and a SD loss (some argue that Pac won both, some that JMM won both). Anything JMM can do, Floyd can do better (counterpunch, give angles, speed, defense, and footwork advantages go to Floyd over JMM). The only problem Floyd might have is that he isn't as active as JMM and, thus, Pac will win some rounds where Floyd just rests on the ropes or doesn't throw enough punches.

It will be a close fight, but I see Floyd winning it 7 rounds to 5.
