It's quite simple really. Oscar hadn't fought at 147 in years.

Seeing as how Pac was moving up it was only fair that Oscar have to move down.

pbf fought odlh by running at 154. odlh thought he can box pbf.

pac fought dela hoya convingcingly at 147 and his not weight drained.

if odlh had beaten pac, pac is smaller man though. but it happens the other

way around.

manny will fight pbf at 144, knowing at 144 pbf will fight jmm.
