I've been following Floyd's career since late '98.

I wouldn't say he's been in any real wars, he knows how to conduct himself and does indeed know how to adapt. But obviously, that's only as good as the fighters you fight. Guys like Castillo and Chop Chop gave him good fights (especially Castillo) and had a very good outing (possibly his best) against Coralles. But since then, It's been more lackluster than pure excitement. Will Floyd be able to rewind the clock and put on a Gatti-eque or Carrolas-esque performance? Seems as if he almost has to.

I have watched win his medal at the Olympics. I followed his early career watched him batter Genaro, then I remember being amped to watch Mayweather-Manfready (that was for Fighter of the year~) been watching ever since.

It is very easy to pick out who has watched his fights and who has not.

the only fighters who are as intelligent as him are older and have one foot out. Calderon, Hopkins, Toney, Calzhage are all much bigger and retiring, there is no one after that who comes close. Most of the other guys who pose a threat to him are either bigger, or in pacs case, can pac a hard punch with volume. But as far as intelligence, no one near his weight division has displayed they are on his level in the ring as far as IQ goes.

                    I've already seen those...

I mean, really, I know you aren't going to sit here and tell me that Castillo didn't have success against Floyd, even if you believe Floyd won both fights. Castillo won quite a few rounds against Mayweather.

So... how did he win those rounds? Is your argument that he outboxed Mayweather from the outside? Castillo showed, in a head-to-head matchup, that he is a better inside fighter than Floyd.

                      Castillo 1
                      Castillo 2
                      Jesus Chavez
                      C Hernandez
                      G Hernandez
                      Diego Corrales
                      Burton
                      Gerena
                      Mandfredy
                      Juuko

He has not been in wars. The Burton fight is the hardest fight he has been in and i dont consider that a hard fight.

Jesus Chavez,Castillo 1 are his next hardest fights, but i dont think they were what i would consider hard fights. More competitive the normal but not hard/tough fights.
