I want to know what is this guy standards for a successful fight since he thinks 10,000+ isnt successful

Thus, none of these fights were draws since they didnt break 10,000+ or 11,000+
        1. FELIX TRINIDAD vs. OSCAR DE LA HOYA
Mandalay Bay, Top Rank, Don King, PPV
        2. OSCAR DE LA HOYA vs. FERNANDO VARGAS
Mandalay Bay, Top Rank, Main Events, PPV
        3. LENNOX LEWIS vs. HASIM RAHMAN
Mandalay Bay, Don King, Main Events, Lion, PPV
        4. FELIX TRINIDAD vs. FERNANDO VARGAS
Mandalay Bay, Don King, Main Events, PPV
        5. FELIX TRINIDAD vs. DAVID REID
Caesars Palace, Don King, America Presents, PPV
        6. LENNOX LEWIS vs. DAVID TUA
Mandalay Bay, Main Events, America Presents, Panix, PPV
        7. MIKE TYSON vs. FRANCOIS BOTHA
          MGM, America Presents, PPV
        8. EVANDER HOLYFIELD vs. JAMES DOUGLAS
          Mirage, Mirage, PPV
        9. EVANDER HOLYFIELD vs. RID**** BOWE II
Caesars Palace, Spencer Promotions, Main Events, PPV

Because None of these Broke 10,000+ and 11,000+ in attendance...

So what do you think is the amount of people who have to attend for you to consider it an successful fight?

You mean PBF calling twice on SSM, and SSM ducking PBF?? get your facts right

actually thats a pretty huge misconception. Yes while JMM isn't the draw Barrera and Morales were in their heyday his recent fights with Pacquiao and Diaz have made him more acceptable to the Mexican fanbase

also while the crowd was a definite Diaz crowd there was a huge roar of approval for JMM as well.

he is becoming a draw and one that Mexican fans are starting to want to see

they only like him when he's fighting pac.

margo sold out the staples center easy... I don't ever see jmm getting that kinda reception, which boggles my mind. jmm is clearly the better fighter.

By your standards SRL vs. Hagler was not a big fight
or Majority of oscar fights were not big fights...

You conveniently forgot to mention the Pacquiao/Morales III which did 18,276, according to HBO --> http://www.hbo.com/boxing/events/200...ouncement.html

The fight will sell out. Not as quickly as others but it will. I don't beleive it will do the PPV numbers that Pac-Hatton does but it will outdo Pac-Marquez and therefore giving Floyd PPV edge versus three common opponents, although still not sure what official numbers are for Pac-Hatton. Thats why he can demand more and nothing is wrong with that. Did Floyd, Manny, Shane, or Bernard receive more money against Oscar because they were considered better? No, because thats not the way it works, especially here when Floyd in my opinion is still the better fighter. Everyone is saying Manny is the bigger draw but wheres the proof? Floyd has done bigger numbers.
