Well to be honest no one has gotten close enough to test his chin thoroughly. A punch or two have snuck in to stun him on several occasions. Also its kind of hard to tell if someone is hurt when they rest on the ropes most of the time. It's almost like a third leg.. no pun intended.

All I have to say is everyone thought Roy Jones Jr. had a granite chin until Antonio Tarver Ko'd him with one punch. You could say Mayweather Jr. has the same problem of not knowing how his chin will respond when it is caught just right. Floyd I'm sure knows how good his chin is and what he can and can't take. Probably why we haven't seen him fight any other top fighters in WW.

Good post man. The ropes thing is a punch in the "belt", tough.

I believe PAC has the chance to REALLY TEST IT if he beats PBF to the punch. Not only PBF, but Cotto too.

Utopically, theorically speaking... if PAC goes up to 147lbs. and fights Cotto (saying Cotto beats Clottey) and beats Miguel to the punch, his "crystal" chin is getting hatton'ed. PAC is too quick for Cotto, Manny will land nasty power punches. Everybody says Pacquiao is committing suicide by going up to WW. IMO, PBF and Cotto better be ready to pass the chin test or knock PAC before he gets the chance to hatton'ed them.

Judah already putted them in "check", maybe Pacquiao can say "check, mate!!!".

            Thanks, bro.

Cotto vs Pac is gonna be a classic. This fight is going to be back and forth for the first half for sure. I am a fan of both fighters they are true warriors. This one will come down to who wants it more. They both can catch and hurt one another. With Pac being a little unorthodox it will give him a slight advantage and if he ever hurts Cotto he can put him away. But Cotto has a mean left hook of his own and could pose problems for PAC. Cotto is a very slick boxer puncher. Not an easy fight to predict but an awesome fight to watch for sure!

Then, after we look at the numerical KO statistics, we can look at level of opposition and see who has KO'd the better fighters.

I like my chances in this argument.
