Bigger ***** move? floyd fighting JMM at 144 or Pac fighting Cotto at 144

Pac/Cotto at 147 is not a competitive fight, with Cotto at an extreme advantage. The same fight at 144 should be, though Miguel might still be far too strong.
FMJ/JMM at anything above 140 is not competitive. At 135, I think it might be almost even money. If Floyd is so good, why is he concerned with fight night weights all of a sudden. Does he not think it's a disadvantage to a fighter to lose 10-15 lbs that he only has one day to try and rehydrate?
I overate JMM. He doesn't have the skill to beat someone like Floyd.Comment

this is some ****** ignorant *****....
if cotto and jmm both sign to fight at 144, they take the risk on themselves; nobody is forcing them. if they don't like it, then don't sign the ****in contract.
damn some of you guys are ignorant.Comment

[QUOTE=The 5* General;5267957]Just like Oscar...thanks for proving my point...

Ya, so you rather have Pac move up 3 divisons just to face Oscar? They met half way like Oscar agreed to. Besides only a ****** wouldn't take a fight against Oscar if Oscar is willing. Pac did it for the money and nothing else. Everyone new Oscar wasn't the best, but he brings the most money and will make any fighter a very rich man. Just go ask Floyd Jr.
Your probably one of the many fans that **** on Pac and thought he would absolutely get destroyed even at 147 by Oscar. Also you probaly gave Oscar hella **** for picking on the smaller fighter, but yet you don't give FLoyd any **** for fighting a fighter that was just fighting at 135 and just had a grueling war with Juan Diaz. And don't let me even start with Paul Williams with the reach of a heavyweight.
It doesn't matter, its Floyds fault that the fight with him and Pac aren't happening next. All he had to do is wait 1 day and fight Pac before JMM. Floyd knows he will lose if he fights Pac as his first fight back. There is a reason he chose JMM. JMM is not an offensive boxer, he likes to wait for his opportunities which won't tire Floyd and and Floyd can just sit back and do what he wants if no one is pressuring him to fight a different fight. What Floyd did was a ***** move, he thinks hes the best and claims he went straight to the top, but if he went straight to the top, he would have waited just one day and chose Pac as his opponent and none of you would be bitching about Pac fighting Cotto next.Comment

That is why I didn't vote. If they agree to it, they had no issue with it or at the very least were willing to take the risk.Comment

nobody made JMM fight floyd at 143. nobody put a gun to his head and said sign the contract. he called floyd out and agreed to move up to 143. thats not a ***** move. and nobody knows if pac gone fight cotto next anyway, and if so we dont know what the weight will beComment

nothing like that AT ALL. oscar had to lose 7 lbs at 36 years old. oscar hadn't made 147 in about 5 years, he didn't put any weight back on after weigh in which ****ed him up too.
cotto is in his prime at 29 years old, he has to lose 3 measly lbs, he has made 140 as recently as 2005. cotto is not a massive ww when you see guys like williams and margarito, he can make 144, probably not 140.
he is too big and powerful for pacquiao.Comment
