Floyd is looking for the highest purse and Manny is in control of that right now. But the difference with Manny is that he'll take the fights that are meaningful as well as lucrative. Him fighting Mayweather or Cotto is huge money and means much to his legacy, but in no way does Manny NEED Floyd financially. Manny Pacquiao did in 2 rounds what Floyd failed to do while being on top...GETTING THE FANS SUPPORT ACROSS THE BOARD.

Pacquiao's the type of fighter people will pay money for just to see fight, not to see him lose.
