I think Tarver or any fighter should fight as long as they pass the medicals.

In Tarver's case, if he wants to, he should fight five more years and hang it up.

I don't know why people discriminate because of age or diminshed skills.

They are grown men, let them decide what they want to do with their lives.

If they enjoy it, who are we to knock that.

He was so slow at times that I almost could not even watch that fight. I thought that he was setting him up for a counter but he never picked up the pace.....Hatton should retire after getting ko'd by the best out there yet Tarver should continue fighting after another terrible performance and his record dropping to 27-6 compared to Hatton's 45-2.

If anyone should stay around and be a gatekeeper it should be Hatton, Tarver should retire IMO

He should look for a fight with Froch unless Froch is willing to fight Dawson. He gots nothing to lose.

Tarver has never been knocked out, Hatton was brutalized.

All the same if they want to fight and doctor's judge them fit, then they should.

No one seems to complain that the Carl Daniels, Sharmba Mitchell types( former champs) are taking beatings still a couple of times a year to prop up up and comers records.

Suddenly when it's a guy you've known or seen, he should retire.

Not everyone is going to be number 1 but if they want to fight, let em.

Yeah and for the record, that was the first time I ever changed when I did.
When I first started I had Bald Bull from punchout for a short spell but it's been mostly Asian girls.

I got sick of the Tarver photo pretty fast

Tarver tried his best last night, but he looked old.

He should retire or just fight other old boxers.

Dawson needs to take on opponents his own age, like Cloud or the winner of Diaconu-Pascal.
