Pac's fight at 147 is irrelevant, you have a point on the one at 140. Now if Cotto and Mayweather were of similar size I would see your point. However they are not the same size.
man , you need to quit it with the cotto and floyd is not the same size ****.

cotto is bigger than floyd but they're both fighting at 147.

if floyd doesn't want to fight guys bigger than him (which is most everyone at 147) then he should move the fuck down.

No, I rather see the 2 biggest (well known) and the 2 best fighters in boxing fight.

I will repeat it for you.

Cotto and Mayweather are not the same size. This is not **** to be quit, it's the opposite which is ridiculous.

            1) They started two weight classes apart (10lbs friday night).

            2) They are currently 10 pounds apart by fight night. (10lbs saturday night)

Cotto had to move up in weight to stop dehydrating himself to the point of almost getting knocked out.

I would have liked for Mayweather to stay forever at 140, Unfortunately that's not where cashcow Oscar used to fight.

Now he probably is trying to go back down in weight. That usually does not work well for fighters/

omg... the point was who should fight pac, not if they should fight each other or not...

it would be a good fight, but cotto should put a couple of good wins in his record before thinking of fighting mayweather

What happened at De La Hoya-Pac is that one fighter could not make weight and be healthy. It bears no relevance to a fight where both fighters make weight healthily

Let's have Cotto-Mayweather at 140. Is that a good fight? I am sure they are both physically able to dehydrate themselves to 140. Then the next day, Floyd looks bad and Cotto looks dead. That's where the pac-dlh example start mattering.

You seem like one of the only few people on here who understand how weigh works in boxing.......Kudos.
