yeah but how much of that 170 is lechon and cerveza?

it's like talking about ricky being 170 walking around.

not too many fighters walk around their fight weight. the hopkins and mayweathers are the exception not the rule.

Floyd Mayweather Jr., like all fighters in history, is not going to be in his prime ever again after a 19 months layoff.

        it'd be an interesting fight.

it's not as bad as jmm-floyd. at least manny has fought once at 147 and arguably one of the best at 140 just a division below.

cotto is also a small welter not a big welter like marg or paul.
How come the weight difference will be greater in pac-cotto than in pbf-jmm then?

Never mind the dude, it's years that he hopes someone "smashes" Mayweather.

Even if he lost, he wouldn't tarnish in my eyes. Both Cotto and Pac are known to take on all challenges. Thats why I respect them both. Why Floyd? He is a Welterweight? Same ****. Floyd is not a legend in my eyes. Very, very talented but no legend. I would have to see him beat a true top w/w in order for him to be legendary. Beat Mosley, cotto and then he's a legend.
My favorite fights in 07-08 have been Pac-Guzman and Cotto-Williams. I really loved how pac and cotto took on all challenges.

nowadays guys like tito and oscar's size are the average.
Well that's your opinion, I aint saying Cotto is a big welterweight... defniitley not, but in my opinion he isn't relatively small at the weight, he is just about in the middle.

But I guess it just boils down to your own personal opinion...

not everything can be counted in poundage.

pac is now the champ of 140. marquez has never even fought at 140.

pac has fought once before at 147. marquez alse has never fought at 147.

pacquiao has some advantages over cotto such as speed , handspeed , agility , etc.

marquez has no advantage i can think of over floyd.

Maybe because it was a close fight, and because Cotto was obliterated by a man who was obliterated by Mosley?
