Which will do better PPV? pac-hat or floyd-JMM?

So many hearsays about the PPV results of the recent pac-hatton fight which was started by arum but before that, mayweather tried to steal the show by announcing his fight with marquez one day before the fight. So which one do you think?

    Pacquiao-Hatton

    Mayweather-Marquez

I think Pacquiao/Hatton will have the edge in terms of numbers.

Because it was a clash of two very popular action fighters, with legions of fans making the trip to Vegas.

With Floyd and Juan Manuel, you most likely won't see that many buys.

Floyd will generate a pretty solid amount of buys on his own, due to it being his big comeback, and people wanting to see if he's still got it.

But he doesn't bring a fanbase to the table anywhere near the size of Hatton's or Pacquiao's.

And most people are viewing this as a mismatch, with Floyd being a Welterweight, and Marquez being a natural Featherweight.

Juan Manuel doesn't bring a lot of fans to the table, either. Which really is ashame, because love him or hate him, you have to respect the man's ability to fight and the tremendous amount of balls he has for even taking this fight.

Pacquiao and Hatton will do alot more. JMM vs Mayweather didn't even get promoted for as long as Hatton vs Pacquiao

But different numbers are coming in. Maybe, the true PPV hits of the pac-hatton fight won't be announced. It will all be hearsays.

Floyd-JMM is a much better fight.

Pac-Hatton was an expensive tune up for Manny.

too early to tell. floyd fans say he is more popular and is a bigger draw...

The final count for this fight wont be much cause mayweather fans have illegal satellite boxes and dont have to pay to watch it......:bukkake:

He's certainly not more popular than Manny, but he does have some evidence to support his claim of being the bigger draw.

Namely, the combined PPV buyrate of Mayweather/De La Hoya and Mayweather/Hatton.

Due to his abrasive public personna, at least half of the people who bought those fights did so in the hopes of seeing Floyd lose.

The only other fighter I can think of offhand who had that type of mainstream buys would be this man, back in the day.

How about comparing Floyd-Hat to Pac-Hat.

                    I bett Floyd-JMM sells more than Pac-JMM
