David Haye Criticized By Cooper Over Klitschko Antics

On the one hand, Haye did a great job. He promoted the fight wisely, he sold many tickets, and he brought lots of interest and excitement to heavyweight division...I dont care what he did to a young skinny kid named Clay, he was dominated in both fights except that 1 left hook he landed. U dont think Haye could have Dropped Cassius with one of His Hayemakers if he landed?
Cooper lives off of that ****, guy couldnt even beat Bugner
And to critasize Haye over his antics is crazy considering how much the guy loves Ali aka the master of mind games and insults!
Haye isnt a bad guy he did this for two reasons, to make the fights happen and to increase his chances of winning by getting under Klitchkos skin, smart tactics and he tickets are flying out the door! Brought some excitement too i loved it
On the other hand, i think it is too personal now... I mean.. try to imagine if somebody made a photo of your son (any other relative available) with his head ripped off? Don`t you think it is too much?Comment

First off, it wasn't Wlad's son. It was his brother. The other Heavyweight Champion of the World. On the one hand, Haye did a great job. He promoted the fight wisely, he sold many tickets, and he brought lots of interest and excitement to heavyweight division...

Secondly, Wlad made Haye sign a contract that if Haye won, he'd have to fight said brother as well.
And lastly, no, I don't think it's too much. It's a t-shirt with a cartoon on it ; nothing more, nothing less.
Compared to some of the things that boxers have done in the past to promote fights, it's quite tame by comparison. (Ali calling Frazier an "Uncle Tom", Roberto Duran's continuous insults directed at Ray Leonard, Pretty much anything Ricardo Mayorga has ever said, etc....)Comment

Thank you, Even Wlad was making it look like it was more than a T-shirt, The picture was of his brother(The other HW champ) whose name is also in the contract..Comment

Given the fact that Wlad basically strongarmed the smaller man Haye into fighting his much bigger, much stronger brother Vitali, if indeed he beats Wlad.
I'd say the t-shirt is completely acceptable.
He has to fight the Klitschko boys not once, not twice, but three times if he beats Wlad in June.
It's not as if Haye just drug Vitali into this on his on.
Wlad did.Comment

Haye said he intends to sell them on his website.
I might buy one just to support him.
It's hard for me not to like the guy because he's consistently funny, quick on his feet, and he's bringing the most attention to a HW fight since Mike Tyson retired.
Wlad : I will punish you. I will knock you out in the 12th with steelhammer.
Haye : You wish you could fight 12 rounds, son.Comment

Maybe, it is the difference in Americans and Ukrainians way of perception and interpreting and morality in a way... But, doesn`t Wlad have parents??? How could they react if they saw it (coming back to the photo in the magazine)?First off, it wasn't Wlad's son. It was his brother. The other Heavyweight Champion of the World.

Or, should one, when it gets to the money, forget all the unwritten laws of morality, and spread his disrespect on the family of the man whom he dislikes?
P.S. and nobody said that Ali, Duran and etc. are forgiven for what they had said...Comment
