Zab displays amazing speed but it's the kind that takes a lot of energy. That's why I think it's more flash than substance at elite level.

Pac can maintain his fast and high paced combination power punching for 12 rounds whereas Zab tends to gas out before the halfway mark and he doesn't stop his opponents as much as Pac does. Pac can go as fast as Zab (see training footages) but he doesn't have to at the extent of sacrificing leverage. He doesn't go overboard with the speed and that makes him a more effective puncher overall.

So to answer your question, Zab has the faster hands.

judah is faster but he gets tired doing it over and over..unlike pac he can do it for 12 rounds..

Without a doubt Judah. Compare both fighters and HOW they apply their handspeed. Pacquiao's fast, but only when he puts his legs into it.

People are right, Judah might not have that much lateral movement, but when it comes to his handspeed, he doesn't rely on his legs completely to be fast.

If you watch them in the ring....Zab is in on another level with his handspeed..I dont think its close....
