It's still a nice comeback fight. Marquez is a big name who will make lots of money and not take much physical punishment due to the fighters' styles. He'll probably take Mayweather 12 rounds and win a few. Meanwhile it gets people more excited about the Mayweather-Pacqiuo fight in the fall and a true P4P showdown which will break all type of ppv records.

Sulaiman is a very pro-active and good force in boxing. There is a reason why the WBC belt is generally the most prestigious belt.

please learn the difference between running and counter punching. anyone that has broad knowledge of the sport knows that floyd style is not running. exspecially when you consider he likes to fight off the ropes and stay close enough to his opponent to land counter right hand. Fighter that run are hardly in a position to land a right hand and spend a majority of their time using the jab backing up. Floyd on the other hand hardly uses the jab and uses angle to setup counter shots.

It's going to be unpleasant to see Mayweather beat up a great smaller fighter like JMM.

Even Juan Diaz was noticeably bigger than Marquez. JMM is a natural featherweight, not a lightweight - he fought at featherweight well into his 30s.

Mayweather is a craven ***** to make JMM come up to a weight near welterweight for this fight. Floyd's only been away a year and a half. Vitali Klitschko was away four years and is much older than Floyd at age 37, but still fought the champ at his own weight division when he returned.

                      What he says is true..

But Floyd is a little guy, he could make 140 if he wanted to but he still tried to get Marquez up to 147? When Marquez is barely a 135 pound fighter? lol How much more of an advantage does the average coward need????

I think Floyd shouldn't be alowed to come in over 142 or 143 and Marquez should come in at around a lean 139. I think that's as fair as it's gonna get.
