what the **** is this bull ****? why is every one so excited about the possibility of seeing pacquiao and mayweather but not marquez?? hmmm arent pacquiao and marquez the same size?? isnt marquez the only man in that last four years to arguably beat pacquiao?? mayweather may never be beaten but thats just because he's that good. the fight should have been made at 140 tops but what the hell, marquez is a warrior and he only fights champions; if you're gonna lose, lose to a great fighter. i guarantee this would not be said about pacquiao vs mayweather.

Jmm has developed into a very crafty counterpuncher. Floyd might be able to handle him early, but jmm shown the ability to adjust and be effective(ask manny). Styles makes fights and boxing is so unpredictible. It should be an interesting fight even with floyd size advantages (which on paper are not that much)

No disrespect but Vitali had no choice. What was he gonna do ? fight at cruiserweight?

Even Juan Diaz was noticeably bigger than Marquez. JMM is a natural featherweight, not a lightweight - he fought at featherweight well into his 30s.
Mayweather is a craven ***** to make JMM come up to a weight near welterweight for this fight. Floyd's only been away a year and a half. Vitali Klitschko was away four years and is much older than Floyd at age 37, but still fought the champ at his own weight division when he returned.

But Floyd is a little guy, he could make 140 if he wanted to but he still tried to get Marquez up to 147? When Marquez is barely a 135 pound fighter? lol How much more of an advantage does the average coward need????
I think Floyd shouldn't be alowed to come in over 142 or 143 and Marquez should come in at around a lean 139. I think that's as fair as it's gonna get.
