Mayweather's advantage in the past has been speed and defense. He does not have the speed advantage here so it will be a very defensive fight for Floyd. He will be rolling, grabbing, and running from Pac trying to find counter opportunities when he can.

This would be an accumulation fight where Pac lands here and there amidst a barrage of combinations. Floyd may tag Manny a few times but he has never sen speed like Pac's and people always say the same thing regardless: "I just could not see the punches coming" If I had to predict now, I'd say KO for Manny in 8 but Floyd's defense is so good that I think he will last till the end but lose on points.

Manny will come, regardless if you think Mayweather can throw one punch and actually keep Pacquiao off of him. Marquez is probably the best counter puncher around, he threw 5 punches every time Pacquiao got close and still didn't win.
