By your own statement you prove that your P4P #1 is not worthy of that title oh wait you considered Winky the P4P #1 until Paul fought him and beat him right. but you are a GURu and we are all ******? Tell me why 10 people from boxing community( Al Bernstein,Jim Lampley,Steve Farhood,Daniel Jacobs,Timothy Bradley,Dan Rafael,Rich marotta,Brian Kenny,Bernie Osuna,and all the writers from Ring Magazine) picked Manny Pacquiao has number one Pound for Pound and only the half of them picked Paul Williams on this list and his best ranking was 6th place. Also, none of them took Winky Wright in their P4P list.

Look,boxrec has Winky Wright on 8th place only in the middleweight division, so what's your point now.

Paul deffinetly COULD be the P4P #1 but fights are made by 2 fighters not one and NOBODY is giving Williams a chance which is messed up kuz he could probably beat everyone unless he has another off night again like he did against quintana. But he can't be P4P best kuz he hasnt has the opportunity to prove it which isnt his fault more his promoters I think! He is by FAR the most feared man in boxing though!
