Fighting the best in One Division over the years is better then fighting the worst of 4 champions in multiple divisions.
I bet MOST feel Hagler is higher then FLoyd in ATG status and he was just he middleweight champion
for the opponents Cotto takes way more risks BUT you are right about the weight class jumps with Floyd he does have that on Cotto
