believe it or not cotto started his career at 135. he moved up to fast to get a title but still he's fighting in his third weight class now.
and another thing it would be easier for floyd to move up cuz he was still growing naturally and he was moving up from samller weight classes.
cotto is pretty small for welterweight as it is. and the whole reason people say floyd takes no risk is cuz he hasn't fought anyone with a chance of beating him since he left 135. he's been all about the money and not the competition
