I would be shocked if pacman showed himself to not only have a body attack, but beat mayweather on the inside, if he did that, my jaw would absolutely drop, hed be beating mayweather at his own game.

I think Pacquiao does improve in every fight and a win over Mayweather will be very impressive.

Yes if I saw Pac beating Mayweather on the inside... I'd be in awe.

Time for Mayweather to show if he is as great as he claims. The fundamentals are there, the smarts too. We will see about the guts. I am confident that the ****er did not spend his entire life in a gym for giving up/getting discouraged in the middle of a fight.
Time can change people, even the best. This is what I want to see. I want to see him in a fight at this point in his career. No more allowing him to fight at his pace. Force him to fight.

I liked Floyd from the first time I saw him in the lower weight divisions, but the fight that got me hyped with him was actually the Corley fight because I saw him hurt and his first response was to weather the storm, and then attack (while still being a bit hurt).

But after that...say with his move up to 147, it was like he was looking for the door that had Oscar so he could retire. I wasn't a fan of that...although I do say fighters can do what they want; it's their health after all.

Now that he is back, I want to see why he is back: Money, Legacy, or both. He has a chance to solidify a better legacy and he needs that hunger and fun to fight again to prove himself.
I think it might actually help if writers/media count him out to piss him off.

But for me, I especially want to see how he handles seeing his natural gifts slowly decline since he did return and he did talk some smack about past greats who lost past their best.

I'll be rooting for him to succeed. However, he better get some tough matches or "F" that.

He beat Hatton on the inside while on the ropes and had Ricky grabbing him to stay up.

                That's

                a) inaccurate
                b) not exactly relevant

The Mayweather fights which changed my perspective were the second fight I saw and Genaro Hernandez fight, because I had never seen a 21 year old fight like a veteran. And then Judah and Hatton because he fought in ways that I did not know were his thing (pressuring and especially a dirty wrestling fight).

I kind of think that he already dealt with some loss of ability: his brittle hands. I hope it's not the case though.

Anyway, like you, I really look forward to see this older version of him fight and be tested. I hope that he passes the test because I always like to see greatness when it happens.

Someone earlier mentioned more using the jab more, I thought about it and I agree with them. I think Pac's right hand would be his key.

you also risk slowing down the pace of the fight and possibly giving up some rounds.
