So you won't $50 to see that good action fight, but you will pay if 50 to see manny chasing Gayweather running aroud the ring, i hope you're not!!!

This is what I think. Margarito would have beat Cotto anyway with
or without plaster because Cotto style that night was tailor made for
Margarito. The thing that makes me think he didn't was because
Miguel's uncle said he didn't see anything su****ious with Margraito's
wraps and what makes me think he did is the fact that they got
caught cheating and it probably wasn't their first time. Bottom line
we will NEVER know but one thing I do know and that is Cotto beat
himself by fighting the way he did against Margarito because in actuality
he gave the fight right to Margarito. Margarito's pressure and chin
put Cotto in a position that he has NEVER been in and that's being
the hunted instead of the hunter. We witness a lil of what pressure
can do to Cotto from the Mosley fight when he turned up the heat.
Another thing is that if Cotto fought smart he would not have NEVER
had to take that much pressure. He didn't clinch, set up a plan to
go to the body and neutralize Margarito and keep him in the middle.
Instead he laid on the ropes where Margarito dominates. Face it fellas
with or without Plaster Margarito still beats Cotto.

I can't believe how many people are just so sheltering of their fighters. If the fight isn't exactly spot on even in weight or height or whatever, we don't want to see it happen? What happened to fans of the sport wanting to see the top fighters in against eachother? What are the WW's supposed to continually fight eachother? Fighters move UP. Its nothing new. And if they're confident in beating the opponent (don't tell me Manny doesn't think he can), you should be happy to watch them fight the best and not duck anybody- as much as you all complain about ducking (which is a contradiction, guess nothing satisfies you)...

People who ***** about weight would have objected to Duran moving up to fight Leonard, Leonard fighting Hagler. You all basically would have discouraged any real competition within the upper echelon of boxing. Get a grip on reality and start being fans of the sprt instead of sheltering stalkers of one particular fighter.

No, I think Manny would be a live wire but I think Manny would
            come up short.

In Grustler's opinion Get Sum, is a mega salty cat that should focus more
on boxing instead of getting mad at a guy on a chat line that makes
predictions about boxing that has no relevance to the fighters themselves
and any thing can happen. How can you be mad at me for picking a
fighter to win just because you don't like him? Are you mad that
I like Floyd Mayweather Jr? Does that bother you? Get real my man.

i agree with you on Cotto style that night, he should've hold Margarito instead of leaning against the ropes, Mosley was doing that, but I still think Cotto will still beat him, there's not a doudt in my mind that he cheated that night, Cotto has face bigger punchers like Torres and Judah.

I believe Cotto had the skill to beat Margarito but in some aspect
I think he got caught up in the hype and didn't study Margarito.
I remember when he hit Margarito with that big right and held his
glove in the air for the people to see. Also fighting Alfonso Gomez
while Margarito fought a big puncher like Kermit Cintron didn't help
                      test Cotto for Margarito either.
