Seriouslyc ome on now the first two times he got knocked down he got up on a knee then got up. In the second he was laying flat on his back with his hands at his side, he was not getting up. Even if you are a Hatton fan you have to admit he got knocked out.

Knocked down and Knocked out are two different things. Hatton was fine but they never allowed him to get up.

I recorded the fight on dvd and have rewatched it three times now. He was down until six before Bayless waved it off because he still had not moved from flat on his back. He never would have made it up and he was knocked out cold. I was pissed too but you can not deny that.

Any boxing fan worth their salt knows it was fixed from the start. It reminded me of the second Ali-Liston fight in it was a phantom punch.

He got caught with a hell of a left hook straight on the jaw and was not protecting his face. It was just like Ali-Liston II which was also not fixed. If you get hit with a punch like that you don't see coming its good night.

Knocked down and Knocked out are two different things. Hatton was fine but they never allowed him to get up.

Bayless could have counted to a hundred with the whole mgm grand singing "there's only 1 ricky hatton" over and over....Hatton still would have been flat on his back looking up at the lights and seeing 3 Manny Pacquiaos

I am watching the fight from Saturday over and over which you must have only seen once. Watch it again, he gets hit right on the chin when both his hands were down, goes down flat on his back and Bayless stops it, then look at his eyes when he is getting turned over on his side, he has no idea where he is at and is trying to catch his breath.

For real, I like both fighters but am more of a Hatton fan and was rooting for him to win, but he got knocked out because Manny is super fast. Hatton would never throw a fight especially this one and especially not in that fashion. He made $12 MILLION for that fight why would he possibly need to throw it. THere was no fix, he got knocked out because Paciquao blasted him from round one on with lightning fat punches he did see coming.
