JCC jr. needs to fight a couple of worthy opponents before he calls out PACQUIAO..Manny has nothing to gain from fighting him..Manny should fight. Mayweather or Cotto at a catch weight, Mosley at a catch weight, Marquez at 140. possibly end his carreer with JCC jr. or Valero...and on his way out get a massage from Juan Diaz, then knock his powerless a$$.
