it was very clear that ricky cannot take manny's punches.
he was hurt from the very first power shot that hit his face.
he was chasing manny for a hug to hang on for his dear life.
no way the fyt will last longer no matter what ricky did.
manny is just too powerful for ricky.

As if we all didn't know that. All hatton had to do was keep pressure on Manny and move his head and not get ****** but that's Hatton.

Its like stating the obvious. But that's not what he did is it?

no, Floyd can tag big fighters his own size but he'll look slow against Pacquiao, the little guy isn't just quick, he's lightning.

Everyone talks about the advantages a bigger fighter has (e.g. size/power) but they forget the advantages of a little guy (e.g. speed, natural elusiveness).

If Pac is going to be beaten it will be by a smaller fighter.

He seemed be taking the loss better than expected, and said the two round knockout was better for him than being outclassed for several rounds, which may be a reference to his 2007 loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. [details]
wrong hatton, a few more rounds wouldn't have helped

You think Pacquiao is going to blast Floyd out?

I think he's much much too quick for him. We're talking about a guy who De La Hoya couldn't touch and was stopped by and Hatton couldn't take 2 rounds with. He's phenomenal at these higher weights because he's quicker and more elusive than them all, and he's carried his power up too.

Let's not forget Oscar went 12 with Floyd and some thought he won, Hatton went 10 with him and won rounds.

I just don't see any way for Floyd to win.
