If the public had been demanding a fight with Cotto and some saw the Gomez fight as a fluke it wouldn't get laughed outta the room. Cotto has beaten plenty fighters at 147...he would warrant an opportunity

Like losing? Gotta hand it to him. Judah's the only fighter I know he gets a payday and a belt for losing. All in one shot. Remarkable. But like you said, blame boxing...and fans like you who turn a blind eye to that while ****ting on deserving fighters. This isn't Fight Night.

Some kid on this thread told me one win doesn't make the resume better. What else did Zab do at welter...besides, uh, lose his title?

Tell me how Margarito was a deserving fighter more than Baldomir?

Judah had a better resume than Margarito at the time...

A better question would be...how was Zab more deserving than Baldomir?

Baldomir got his shot anyway...and the public wanted a Mayweather-Judah fight.
